iennie's Terms of Service
Terms of Service is between iennie ("Artist") and the Client (“Commissioner”) for the creation of a commissioned work. By placing an order, the Commissioner agrees to all terms listed below:
GENERAL
-. The Artist may cancel a commission if the Commissioner violates any of the Terms of Service.
-. The Artist has the right to use any commissioned work for any purpose, unless otherwise agreed.DO NOT DO

Artist Rights
-. The Artist retains full rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in portfolios and on social media.
-. If the Commissioner prefers the work to remain private, this must be discussed in advance.Commissioner Usage
-. The Commissioner may repost the commissioned work for personal use with proper credit to the Artist.
-. The Commissioner may not claim the artwork as their own creation or resell it in any form.
-. Editing or modifying the artwork is not permitted without prior consent from the Artist.Commercial Use
-. For commercial use or projects, a separate agreement and pricing will apply.
-. Video thumbnails are not considered commercial use.Restrictions
-. The artwork may not be used for AI-related purposes under any circumstances.
-. The artwork may not be used for NFTs or blockchain-related projects.WORK FLOW
-. The Commissioner is expected to provide a clear brief or concept at the start.
-. Work will only begin after payment is received (either half or full payment) via available platforms such as PayPal, VGen, BLU BCA (for local only).
-. If there is an existing queue, the starting time will be communicated in advance.
-. Estimated turnaround time is 1-4 weeks per illustration, depending on complexity and the Artist’s schedule. Rush deadlines are available with an additional fee.
-. Except the【Surprise Me!】services, progress updates will be shared during the sketch and coloring stages. The Artist will continue only after receiving approval from the Commissioner.
-. Major revisions are allowed during the sketch stage only. After that, only minor adjustments or corrections for artist errors will be accepted.
-. The final work will be delivered via VGen or email in JPG and/or PNG format. Layered files (e.g., separated character/background for any purposes) may be provided upon request.
-. In case of unexpected delays or circumstances, the Artist will inform the Commissioner as soon as possible and discuss a revised timeline.REFUND POLICY
-. The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request before payment without providing a reason.
-. The Artist may cancel a commission without refund if the Commissioner violates any of the Terms of Service.
-. A full refund is only available if the Artist has not started working on the commission or if the Artist is unable to complete the commission for any reason.
